Online learning delivers training whenever and wherever your employees may be ready to learn. Whether meeting compliance requirements or improving job performance, I aim to make online learning engaging and effective.

Multimedia resources can provide learners the opportunity to rewind, re-watch, and engage with content in a visual way. I add video, audio, and engagement opportunities to meet the learners' needs and the course learning objectives.

Learning in a classroom can create accountability among employees while also providing opportunities for facilitation and coaching. I design trainings with minimal lectures to allow for learners to be active, engaged, and fostering their own learning.
